SYNOPSIS This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial products or commercial services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will be made in accordance with the format in alignment with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR Subpart 12.201-1 “Simplified Procedures” as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
