1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1. Purpose Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on behalf of Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems 1.0 (PEO IWS 1.0), invites interested parties to an Industry Day to discuss the production and engineering of the Navy’s Total Ship Training Capability (TSTC) systems with a potential ordering period from Fiscal Year 2028 through 2033.
