Dear Prospective Quoter: Subject: Request for Quotations number 19SN1026Q0006 Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to upgrade the electrical power in the US Embassy Singapore by installing 2 additional units of 240V 30A circuits. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
