NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Facilities Management (OFM), Innovation, Performance and Technology Division intends to make a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) sole source contract award to Schneider Electric Federal, Inc, utilizing FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation procedures, and authorized under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, permitting for other than full and open competition when only one responsible source exists, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
