Contract Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to issue a sole‑source modification to increase the maximum value of the FAIMIS Support IDIQ contract 31310023D0003 with CGI Federal Inc. The NRC requires continued operations, maintenance, modernization, and integration support for its Financial Accounting and Integrated Management Information System (FAIMIS), which is built on the proprietary Momentum ERP platform. The NRC’s FAIMIS environment contains extensive agency‑specific customizations and proprietary architecture developed and maintained by CGI since 2012. Due to these unique system dependencies, CGI is the only responsible source capable of performing the required emergent follow‑on work without causing unacceptable delays, duplication of cost, or significant operational risk....
