Notice of Intent to Sole-Source The 130th Contracting Office - Charleston West Virginia intendds to award on a sole source basis a contract to Advantor Systems Corporation under the authrority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). This proposed contract action is for relocation of DEDTEL Panel from Building 109 to Building 107 and connect it to a GFE Wireless Duress Reciever and a GFE Keyed Duress and Installation. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Subpart 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification.
