Notice of Intent to Sole Source – 59 TES Advantor The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source delivery order under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(c)(2)(i), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the purchase of 59 TES Advantor Intrusion Detection System (IDS) components at Nellis AFB Building 423 (Panel 3055).
