Contract Description
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intents to award a Sole Source contract to CACI, INC. FEDERAL 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, Virginia 20151 in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and this notice is posted in accordance with RFO 5.101 Presolicitation Notice. Commander, Naval Air Forces, U. S. Pacific Fleet (CNAP) requires non-personal technical and analytical support services for the Aviation Cost Evaluation System (ACES) to sustain and enhance ACES, which is the authoritative system used by Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) for calculating and defending the Flying Hour Program (FHP) budget.
