Contract Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS), intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract to Stryder Corp dba Handshake. This award, authorized under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1 and utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures, as Stryder Corp is the only responsible source capable of satisfying agency requirements. Under this contract, Stryder Corp will provide the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) service in an early career talent recruitment platform for a four-month base period, with two 12-month option periods.
