The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Award Terminations (OAT) intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition as a logical follow-on for its FOIAXpress services. The current contract (7200AA24C00107, a Federal Supply Schedule award subject to RFO FAR Part 8.4) for enterprise license and product customizations was initially awarded in September 2024. It was subsequently extended for six months in September 2025, setting its current expiration date as March 29, 2026.
