Contract Description
The 129 Rescue Wing intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems US Inc, 1900 Airport RD Monroe, NC 28110. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2). Therefore, a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation from a single source, will be issued to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems US Inc for inspection and repair of Megadoor systems on Moffett ANGB, CA. The Contractor shall provide assessment and unscheduled repair of hangar door systems located at Building 662.
