Contract Description
This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health, Office of Logistics and Acquisitions (OLAO) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the following vendor: Peak Scientific Inc. Acquisition Description: a. Acquisition purpose and objectives. Approval of a purchase order for Peak Scientific, in Westford, MA, is needed for a maintenance contract for a government owned Peak Scientific Genius 3031 Gas Generators in the Chemistry Department of the Clinical Center.
