The Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing a Solicitation and Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the recycling, removal, and demolition of Material Documented as Safe (MDAS) mixed scrap steel and metal buildings located at Naval Auxiliary Landing Field (NALF) San Clemente Island (SCI).
