AMENDMENT 0001 (01/09/2026) Dear Industry Partners, GSA is issuing Amendment 0001 to the IRS Memphis, TN Design/Build Replacement of Roofs, Electrical Breakers and Fire Alarm System Construction Project Solicitation Number 47PE0325R0007. This amendment will provide an update to the following information: Past Performance Questionnaire Cut-off date for RFI Questions Site Visit Sign-in Sheet MODS A-1 Breaker Westinghouse Systems POW-R Breaker Deficiencies from 2021 As-builts will need to be reviewed in person at the Memphis TN IRS Facility. Contractors can come to see the plans on Tuesday Jan 13, 2026, between 9:00 and 12:00 CST.
