Service Maintenance Agreement for the following microanalytical tools: • Aztec/mics/x-stream2/SEMX-Act/Nordlys (S/N: SC38575/53481/NL03-1766-02) • Aztec micsF+/x-stream2/X-Max50 (S/N: SO72398/72398) In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Oxford Instruments America, Inc.
