Contract Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus 4 option year (OY) contract for inspection, testing maintenance and repair of Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI). Chiller and Air Handling Units hardware at VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is JCI . Their technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment.
