Contract Description
Ponce Out-Patient Clinic (POPC) Exhaust Hoods and Ductwork Cleaning Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24826Q0190 i. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions that were done during the site visit, add a one-time exhaust hood and ductwork deep cleaning, add a ductwork access door installation, and extend the quote submission deadline. ii. The answers to questions made in response to the aforementioned solicitation can be seen below. iii. Line Item Number (LIN) 0003: Additionally, the Contractor shall perform a one-time deep cleaning service of the exhaust hood, associated ductwork, and exhaust fan at the start of the contract. iv.
