Opportunity Summary
This federal contract opportunity from VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF.VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF.241-NETWORK CONTRACT OFFICE 01 (36C241) involves hvac contractors. This is a SDVOSBC set-aside procurement. Responses are due by Apr 13, 2026 (3 days remaining).
Contract Description
This amendment is to answer the following question: Question: Will we need to include mechanical and electrical tie in/install in our quote? Answer: The contractor should include the lines to connect the chiller to the building taps, and be able to connect themselves. As for the electrical, I m not quite as familiar with the standard, but I believe they should provide the wiring up to the panel, and then work with our electricians to tie in. One gentleman I spoke with said they would provide a connector that our electricians could wire into the disconnect, and the chiller just plugs into said connector. Contract Specialist has attached four photos of where the rental chiller would be.
