THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 3140 Governor s Place BLVD., Suite 210, Kettering, Ohio 45409, is set to release solicitation for Chiller Plant Maintenance Service for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center for the time period of 2/1/2026 to 10/31/2026. The contract will be for a base and four option years, awarded in separate periods in strict accordance with terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 811210. No inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation notice.
