The purpose of this amendment is to respond to vendor inquiries. As-builds for Manhattan and St. Albans will be provided to the successful offeror at time of award. Question: I see on the Equipment list it states there is a Notifier 500 and Notifier 200 panel. Then it mentions Simplex? Are these systems in different buildings? Answer: Yes, these systems are in different buildings across the Manhattan campus. Question: For the Edwards Panel Replacement, are you looking to upgrade the EST system, or are you open to pricing to do a full system replacement and go with Notifier? Answer: Upgrade the EST system. There are only two (2) inspections required each year, one annual and one semi-annual.
