1 Pre Solicitation Notice San Diego VA Regional Office (377) PACS Preventive Maintenance and Software Support Agreements INTRODUCTION The purpose of this presolicitation is to obtain a Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Software Support Agreements (SSAs) for the installed Physical Access Control System (PACS), Software House C-Cure 9000, and Closed-Circuit TV Surveillance Systems (Genetec, Victor and Video Edge NVR) for the San Diego VA Regional Office (VARO) at the following locations: 8620 Spectrum Center Blvd, San Diego 92123 23207 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 *THIS WILL BE A 100% SDVOSB SET ASIDE* SPECIFICATIONS The Government will consider the best value lease as including all equipment and the contractor shall provide the following type of services and schedules: Preventative...
