Contract Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source delivery order under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), "Only one source can provide the required supplies and services." Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., a large business and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Canon CT systems. This requirement will be processed against IDIQ contract SPE2D1-17-D-0022. This procurement is for annual preventative maintenance and OEM Canon CT Imagining Systems service support located at Augusta VHA medical facility.
