Contract Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a limited source, firm fixed price contract to Bayer HealthCare LLC for preventive maintenance on Medrad brand Portegra2, Stellant Flex CT, and Spectris Solaris EP MR systems for the Fayetteville VAMC located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole provider of authorized maintenance on the systems. Using any other supplier would result in duplicated costs that would not be recovered through competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
