Contract Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with STERIS Corportation for services providing PM services for Steris Passthrough equipment at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(A) soliciting from a single source. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, application and technical phone support necessary to perform preventative maintenance on the Steris Passthrough equipment located at the Durham VHAHCS, This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
