Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 10), Ann Arbor, Michigan intends to solicit proposals from contractors in the NCO 10 area which includes the State Michigan to provide all Primary Pharmacy Engineering Control Certification, Testing, and Preventative Maintenance Service at the following facility: LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center Pharmacy and Nuclear Medicine Departments 2215 Fuller Road Ann Arbor, MI 48105-2303 The VA anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about February 26, 2026.
