The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to:  ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION  UEI: JDMDFEZBYH36  9115 Hague Road  Indianapolis, IN 46256  This acquisition is for commercial services for preventative maintenance and service support for a Government-owned Roche Cobas 5800 System (Serial Number 2352) used in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), San Antonio, Texas.
