W9123626BA007: James River Maintenance Dredging between Rocklanding Shoal and Richmond Harbor Channel. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS OR QUESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
