Contract Description

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for two (2) portable (Regular) chemical toilets, and one (1) hand washing station services, as stated in Attachment 1, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 562991, and the small business standard is $9M.
