Contract Description
The following requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside: The work under this project consists of upgrading the current facility to contemporary facility standards, to include major repairs to all building systems. The facility is currently unoccupied. The project includes, but is not limited to: demolition of several interior partitions and equipment to be replaced with new, demolition of all exterior doors, door hardware (as required), existing flat roof, and all exterior windows. The replacement of existing with new energy-efficient doors, roof, and windows, as well as a new, complete replacement of the HVAC system.
