Contract Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to solicit, negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with Hamilton Sundstrand, d/b/a Collins Aerospace, CAGE Code: 73030, for a Firm Fixed-Price type contract. This procurement is to acquire various pieces of Peculiar Support Equipment in support of the KC-130J and E-2 Programs (See Attachment 1). The Government intends to solicit this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.103-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
