Contract Description
The Government requires an Agilent-authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service provider to perform preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs (using OEM-trained technicians and OEM parts), calibration, and software support. The contractor must directly provide these services and not act as a third-party coordinator with an Agilent-authorized source on the Government’s behalf.
