Contract Description
This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Newimar S.A. under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) Facilities Engineering Acquisition Branch (FEAD) Rota, Spain is planning to contract to extend the lease of two tension fabric structures that are utilized as hangars, along with four modular office facilities that are currently being leased from Newimar S.A. aboard the airfield at Naval Station Rota.
