Contract Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and request for proposal (RFP) for commercial products or commercial services in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
