Contract Description
The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (COPRS), Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to solicit and negotiate solely with the Clarkston County, Idaho Sheriff’s Office for Law Enforcement Services. A class justification and approval not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(5) or 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(a)(2), when full and open competition need not be provided for when– (i) A statute expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made through another agency or from a specified source.
