Contract Description
Repair cracks and spalls on concrete walls, beams, columns, roof, floor slab, and eaves. Repair to install concrete jackets along column gridlines and roof beams. Repair to restore integrity of steel members that deteriorated due to corrosion and replace members whose material loss exceeds 10 percent of original thickness. Apply aromatic polyamide (ARAMID) fiber or Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to canopy beams and slabs. Remove and reinstall electrical and other fixes to facilitate repair works as needed. Paint areas that are subjected to repair work and restore original appearance. Abate and dispose Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP).
