The purpose of this Requirement is to inspect, conduct preventive maintenance, and repair services for Fire and Smoke detection systems IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) draft as well as Attachments 1-3. These systems are located within housing, troop, and administrative buildings and are connected to the Baumholder Military Community Fire Department monitoring station. This posting is for market research purposes only. This requirement is intended for local sources IAW FAR 5.202.
