COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE a. This is a solicitation for commercial services issued in accordance with the simplified procedures of FAR 12.201-1. Proposals are requested. b. Procurement vehicle and type: Single-Award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for third-party vessel inspection services. c.
