Contract Description
***AMENDMENT 1*** Statement of work has been modified. Changes are in bold. 1.3 Supplies: The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, and materials unless otherwise specified herein; necessary for and incidental to the collection, removal, and disposal of infectious medical waste services as specified within the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all supplies for the safe disposal of infectious medical waste to include but not limited to 30-gallon single use boxes and puncture resistant plastic bags. The manner and method of performance under the resulting contract are the sole responsibility of the contractor.
