Contract Description
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. AFSC/SW requires access to a dedicated off-installation facility and academic partnership to support software workforce development, hands-on training, research collaboration, and internship/externship programs. Thomas Hall, located less than one mile from Robins AFB, provides approximately 24,281 square feet of dedicated space with non-exclusive access to parking and outdoor areas. AFSC/SW requires these services to meet mission-critical workforce development needs that cannot be met with existing on-base facilities or internal resources.
