Purpose U.S. Army Contracting Command – Orlando (ACC-Orlando) is issuing this Request for Solution (RFS) on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War.). The purpose is to identify, review, and select a Consortium Management Firm (CMF) who will create and manage a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) Consortium with a strong and diverse membership, as well as create and maintain a MOSA digital marketplace platform for hosting and discovering certified MOSA solutions.
