Contract Description
Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to provide preventative maintenance on the D-21 Emergency Management system both at the 139th Fire Department and redundant client at the the139th Civil Engineering facility, as defined in this PWS. Background: As the installed Monaco system grows in both size and complexity, it is important to keep personnel up to date on training and ensuring all software is updated to the latest releases. In addition, preventative maintenance on the D-21 Emergency Management system can extend the life of the equipment and reduce possible downtime.
