Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with PHILIPS NORTH AMERICA LLC. for services of the existing CT in the Radiation Oncology (RadOnc) Dept. being relocated from one building to another, at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(A) soliciting from a single source. The existing CT in the Radiation Oncology (RadOnc) Dept., located in the basement of the DVAMC, is a Philips Big Bore that was purchased and installed in 2019 and is still under warranty.
