SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive soliciations and submit proposals/offers.*** Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), Charleston, SC requires support for United States Coast Guard (USCG) Shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence (C5I) Readiness, Integration, Technical Services.
