INITIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: All correspondance shall go through the following individuals only unless stated otherwise; Alanna Young, Contracting Officer, alanna.g.young.naf@us.navy.mil; Kaitlyn Garcia, Contract Specilaist, kaitlyn.garcia@nexweb.org. All offerors must follow the guidance set forth in Section L and M of this Request for Proposal (RFP) when submitting offers. Proposals are due on 22 July 2025 at 3:00PM EST, unless otherwise stated in an amendment to this solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the RFP closing date and time by email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist stated above.
