NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE) intends to award three Single Award Task Order (SATO) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price sole source contracts under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with the following state governments below as the only responsible source that can provide Newborn Screening for up to 38 core conditions and 26 secondary conditions, Newborn Screening specialty physician consultation for positive diagnosed newborns.
