DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Irwin, CA intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the lease, delivery, placement, servicing, and removal of non-sewer portable latrines and hand washing stations.
