Contract Description
On or around 20 April 2025 the TPO roof of the commercial building located at the Calais IA LPOE suffered severe Wind damage. GSA conducted multiple walk throughs and had the area representative from the roofing manufacture on site to inspect the roof. It has been determined that the roof will need a total replacement. Basic Description of Work: 01: Removing all parapet wall grounding rods, grounding wire, top flashing, and all wood and pavers used for temporary securing TPO membrane. Make a pile of pavers and wood, that property stays with the federal gov. 02: Prep all penetrations for removal of TPO roofing. Building will stay operational during reroof. 03: Remove TPO roofing, Dens Deck, and Insulation paneling. Dispose of properly. 04: Allow for inspection of Roof deck and parapet wall ...
