Contract Description
GENERAL Scope of Work. The contractor shall furnish and install a new Northwoods forest themed play system, drainage system, and a pour in place rubber surface according to manufacturer’s specifications. Engineered drawings of play system and associated components shall be included with quote. The new play system will replace an existing outdated playground with sand fall material. The existing playground removal will be completed by the Corps. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, transportation and performing all work as required by the contract, in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
