Contract Description
THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS HEREBY ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR SUBPART 5.2. The purpose of this notice is to announce the Space Rapid Capabilities Office's (SpRCO) intent to issue a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. SpRCO has determined that a sole source acquisition is appropriate for fulling this requirement.
