Contract Description
SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT This is an advance notice announcing the intent of the Nashville District (LRN) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract to Solar Alliance Southeast, LLC. to expand existing solar panels that they installed in a 2022 contract. This sole source is necessary as to not void the active five (5) year warranty that covered the initial installation of solar panels in 2022. Description of Work: The contract will add solar panels, optimizers, combiner panel, wire, conduit, and system integration into the existing solar array.
